"1950/1960's Shop Display" from Christmas Show 2002

A real Hornby Dublo 2-rail dealers layout from early 1960's.
This layout was used by Robb's of  Belfast as a shop window display.

The following photographs show the same Hornby Dublo layout
at our annual show over various years. The layout is 26 ft. x 8 ft
and takes about 40 hours to set up and 4 hours to dismantle!
(but another 3 weeks to pack away!!). It is possible to operate
up to 7 trains simultaneously.
